At Genzino, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines how you can return or exchange items and how we process refunds in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

Eligibility and Timeframe

You may return most items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in unworn, unwashed, and fully resalable condition with all original tags and labels still attached. In India, the return period is 7 days from delivery, reflecting local logistics and customer-service considerations.

Condition of Returned Items

To maintain fairness and quality standards, returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them—free from signs of wear, stains, or alterations—and must include all original packaging, tags, and labels. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these requirements, ensuring that all customers receive products in pristine condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please log in to your Genzino account and navigate to the “Orders” section, where you can register your return request online. After receiving your submission, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions for packing and shipping your item(s) back to us. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow up to 7 days for us to inspect the items and process your refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 30 days from the date we receive your returned items for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different size or color, simply indicate your preference when registering the return online. Once your return is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees

For most returns within India and other covered regions, Genzino provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you. In the rare case that you return an item outside the eligible timeframe or in a condition that does not comply with our policy, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 10% of the original item price, as well as any incurred shipping costs, from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as gift cards, final-sale items, and custom-printed merchandise, are not eligible for return or refund. If you have questions about whether your purchase qualifies, please contact our customer service team before initiating a return.

Changes to This Policy

Genzino reserves the right to amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date, and where required by law, you will be notified in advance.
